John Travolta is being sued on 2 differ counts of sexual assult. On January 16 a secret male source filed a lawsuit against John saying he grabbed his genitiles at the Beverly Hills Hotel In L.A. On January 28, another male filed ANOTHER law suit against Travolta saying while he was at the massage session in Atlanta, Travolta grabbed his genitiles also. The same lawyer is dealing with both lawsuits.

There is said that there is picture perfect proof that John was not in L.A the day the accusation was taken place. There is a recepit from Mr. Chom’s resuraunt in NYC….also on January 16. His bill was 382 dollars and he left a 100 dollar tip.

Marty Singer is handling both of the law suits. He thinks they are just ridiculous and absurd.

Honestly, these males but be looking for some fame or money, but they won’t get much fame out of this since their identies are going to be confidential since it is a sexual assult case.

Tanning mom, Patricia Krentcil, 44, in Netley New Jersey, was on her way to the salon when she proclaimed she was an amazing mom. But what kind of amazing mother takes there 5 year old daughter to go tanning and lets her get that sun burned!?When her daughter went to school her teacher asked how she got that sun burned and she said ” i go tanning with mommy.” In what kind of sick and twisted way is that in any way shape or form okay.? I understand you want to go tanning, but to take your 5 year old daughter. Krentcil was charged with second degree of child endangerment. She pleided “not guilty”.

Obviously tanning mom, something is wrong if your that addicted to tanning that you have to take your daughter with. It is not that hard to find someone to babysit for a half hour while you go lay in a tanning bed and get cancer. I mean yes, a little tan is okay but i feel like your over tan and its just disgusting.

Junior Seau was found on concious at his home on Wensday, but today was finally reported he died to a gun shot to the chest. Seau’s family has not yet decided if they are going to release his brain to be examined. They do not want to believe that he shot himself. The medical examiners think that his sucide might be linked to his football concussions. His family said that Seau never suffered from depression or complained about head injury’s either.

Last year, another NFL player committed sucide. Dave Duerson shot himself, requesting his brain be donated for research. He sufffered from neurodegenerative disease which is linked to concussion.

Maybe the family should release Junior’s brain to the medical examiners so they can figure out if his death is some what like Dave’s. I believe if i was in the same situation they were that i would just for my own person reference so i know. I wouldn’t like living with all these what if’s and i dont know’s about a family member/friends death.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Junior’s friends and family.

Jenelle Evans, from MTV’s teen mom went breast implant surgery on Wensday. A friend of her’s put a photo of Jenelle on the surgery bed in a gown, and a hair net with her thumbs up. She decided that after having her now 2 year old son, Jace her boobs shrunk and that she needed to get a boob job. She is following in the other co star from teen mom, Farah Abraham. Jenelle went to a full “C” cup bra size. Jenelle said the pain the day after her surgery was way worse then she had after giving birth to Jace.

My biggest concern about Jenelle getting this boob job, is that i still do not believe if she has custody of Jace back. Wouldn’t she be rather spending the time with Jace then sitting in surgery and recovering and in bad pain! Think of all the money she is spending on that boob job, what happens when she doesn’t have money for diapers, food, or clothes for Jace? Then she is going to be wishing she never got that boob job. They are seriously a waste of money. There are exercises you can do to make your boobs grow, which are cheaper and a WHOLE lot cheaper.

Earlier this year, Gabriel Aubrey‘s child endangermnt charges were dropped against him. Now him and his ex girlfriend Halle Berry are fighting over custody of their daughter Nahla. Aubrey plans to get 20,000 a month for child support out of Halle Berry. He plans to live in a castle with Nahla. Although, Halle wants to move to Paris to reside with her fiance Oliver Martinez. he process didn’t go very far, because Gabriel misplaced some paper work. This is delaying the process. He was definatley not happy about that one.

He has no one to blam but himself, if your really going to court for child support you should have all your paper work together so it doesn’t get misplaced,obviously.  20,000 dollars a month for child support is a little extreme i think. Nahla is going to love her father regardless i they live in a castle or not. All he needs child support is to SUPPORT his child, not buy a castle for her. Isn’t that the meaning of CHILD SUPPORT?

Britney Spears is selling her Beverly Hills house for $4.25 million. Must be worth this much after all the publicity it got in 2008, when Britney had her meltdown and had to get strapped down to a stretcher to carried out of her fancy home. Ever since the incident, her father James, has been handling all her financial an legal decisions. They have been trying to sell the house since the incident happened in 2008. They are at a bid war now.Someone offered over $1.25 million more then their asking price. The court approved the sale and canceled today’s hearing. I would hope that would have approved that sale, i mean that person obviously really wants that house if he is asking over the sale price.

Now that the house is finally sold, Britney is going to live with former agent turned fiance, until they can find a house of their liking. Since the pop star became famous in 1999, she had lived in 10 homes. 6 of which she personally owned.

Let’s hope you and your fiance can find a good steady home when you start looking so you don’t have to move, and lets try to stay away from the meltdowns again Britney.

Last week, Tyra Banks announced that America’s next top model needs a new boost. She dropped a massive shocker on everyone, she was firing 3 of hosts, Nigel Barker, Jay Manuel, and J. Alexander. These four were not just co hosts, they were also real close buddies. They were all a family there together. All 4 of them have been on the show since the beginning together. Tyra is a big family person, but she had to do what was right for the show.

The ratings were going down, so they knew something drastic was going to have to change, but who knew it was going to be this drastic. I loved watching the show just for those 4. Now what do i have to look forward to watching the show  for.?

Hopefully, down the road we can see them all together again. When Tyra announced the change, she never said that its closed for them coming back again. So, maybe a couple years down the road when they realize all 4 have to be on the show they will bring them back. I sure hope so.

Jennifer Hudson takes the first witness stand at her families murder trial. They didn’t think should would actually testify against William Balfour, who back in September of 2008 killed Hudson’s mother and 7 year old nephew. William is married to Jennifer’s sister, Julia. Jennifer warned  Julia not to marry William, but if your in deeply in love with someone you are not going to listen to someone Else’s opinion. William treated Julia really horribly and no one liked that.

Hudson was dressed down for the trial. Little makeup, hair pulled back, and black suit. When Jennifer talked about the last time she saw her family, she immediately began to cry. She talked to her mother everyday. Then she made a surprise visit to see her family, and she is so happy she did. Balfour is charged with first degree murder of 57 year old Darnell Donerson, 29 year old Jason Hudson, and 7 year old Julian King. He is also being charged with home invasion, aggravated kidnapping, residential burglary, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

The trail is expected to continue for roughly 4 more weeks.

First Season of 16 and pregnant couple Ebony Jackson and Joshua Rendon, got their 2 year old child taken away by Human Services. The couple is facing criminal chargers after a warrant was put out for their house, and the police found feces, flies, and maggots. The base officials called their home in at the Little Rock Air Force base. They will be facing felony charges. they will be getting charged with maintaining drug premises, unauthorized use of another property to facilitate a crime, misdemeanor child endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance. The Officer, Kenny Boyd, found one gram of the synthetic marijuana, empty packaging, and pipes used to smoke the controlled substance. They have court on October 6. Both have a release bond at $8,000 but neither of them had an attorney.

You may be a teenager still, but honey you have to remember your also a mother. If i was a mother, i would never let my child live in a house like that. She is lucky her child didn’t catch a disease or anything. I could never stay away from my child from Tuesday all the way until October. Think of all the important things in that child’s life that they are going to miss now.

34, year old Lee Moir was on the internet posing to be Justin Bieber on Facebook. Moir was trying to get a 12 year old girl to try to get to do sex acts over the internet for him. He also threatened to harm the girls family if she didn’t engage in sexual activity over the internet. First off i want to know what kind of sick grown man would have enough guts to go on the internet, and imposter a teen heartthrob. Then try to get a 12 year old girl to do things like that. Moir was living in Toronto, Canada and finally got arrested. He got caught when undercover cops went online and acted like a 14 year old girl. Started talking to Moir and he asked for a meeting. Then when the meeting time came the cops swooped in and took Moir away. He was charged with luring, manufacturing child pornography, and extortion after posing as Bieber on Facebook.  All i know is i’m glad this man got arrested and i hope he stays away for a while. Girls look up Justin Bieber all the time. I know my little sister does! People are too desperate sometimes!
